Its very easy to become stressed when our lives are hectic and we never seem to have any time for ourselves. This could be why more and more people are turning to meditation as a way to remain calm and centered in the midst of what is sometimes chaos!

The great thing about meditating is that it doesn’t have to be done in a certain place, on a regular day or with a certain person. It is a calm, virtual place where you can go to relax and clear your mind, any time that you choose to.

Some of my clients have told me that they would love to meditate but they have purchased a book, read the scripts and struggle to take what is written and apply it to their own meditation. This is why I decided to write some scripts of my own and record them. All you need to do is relax and listen!

Please do not worry if your mind wanders. When you become aware this is happening, just focus again on the meditation. Remember that this is YOUR time. No one is going to tell you that you are doing it wrong!
