I PAID FOR A CHAT SESSION, IT LOADED FINE, I TYPED IN THE TEXT BOX, AND HIT RETURN AND IT DID NOT SEND, AND THERE WAS NO “SEND” BUTTON, SO WE SAT THERE FOR 2 MINS STARING AT EACH OTHER WITH NO WAY TO CHAT, WTFFF??

I for some reason was charge twice for my service I had a hard time downloading he chat and for some reason y’all charge me 33.99 and I wasn’t even on for that long either I would like my money to be credit back to my account A.s.a.p
